Enter Your Details
Input your Team Name in the designated field, then select your Institution from the dropdown menu.
If you can't find your institution in the list, please let us know immediately.

Tap Next to Continue
After entering your team name and selecting your institution, tap the Continue button.
This will take you to the speaker information section.

Fill Speaker Information
Proceed to fill each speaker's complete details.

For Each Speaker, Provide:
  • Full name (as it should appear on certificates)
  • Gender (from the dropdown selection)
Ensure all information is accurate before final submission.

Do not include institution name (see "uses institutional prefix" below)
Cancel and go back to the site home page
